Practical information

In preparation for your stay, here is some practical information. You will also find a lot of information in the apartment.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, you can check into the apartment from 4:00 PM.
The beds will be made for you. Towels and kitchen towels are provided in the apartment. Toilet paper and dishwasher tablets/dishwashing liquid are also available for the first few days.

Parking is available on our premises.

Departure can be up to 9.30.
We would like to ask you to leave the apartment clean.

During the stay

Activities
In our house you will find various brochures with activities in the area.
We also organize a number of activities ourselves on a regular basis.
We enjoy giving you personal advice on what you can do here.

In summer, you will receive a Sommercard Basic from us. This card offers you several benefits, such as free access to the Badesee, the swimming pool in Prutz, and free use of the bus in the region. You can upgrade your Sommercard Basic to Sommercard Gold at the Tourismusverband for a fee. With this, you can, among other things, use the lifts in Fendels, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, and Nauders for free.

Wifi
There is Wifi in the apartment.

Swimming pool
In the summer you can use our swimming pool. There is no supervision, so keep a close eye on your own children. The swimming pool can be used until 8:00 p.m.

Warning: always close the cover when leaving the pool.

Use of facilities
In the garden you will find (deck) chairs, parasols, a BBQ and play equipment for children.
Our Finnish Kota (barbecue hut) can also be used.

Evening Rest
Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, it is evening rest. Therefore, we kindly request that you keep quiet during these times.

Shoes
Ski boots (and cycling shoes) are not allowed inside. These shoes, as well as any other sports equipment, can be stored in the locked ski storage room.

Shopping
Within walking distance of Basecamp there is a bakery and a supermarket. 
Larger supermarkets can be found in Prutz. Easily accessible by bike or car. On Sundays, the shops are not open or only open for limited hours.
